5 out of 5 starsI really am happy with my image, I just wish the communication was better. I would ask questions and instead of getting a written response I would just receive an updated version of the photo. At one point when I asked if a change was possible I was left unanswered for a few days so I just assumed it wasn’t possible so I asked if my image link had been sent. Then I finally was given an update version of the image with my revison. I just feel like so many changes wouldn’t have needed to be made if they actually responded back with words instead of just updating the image.

📲 HOW TO SEND MY PHOTOS?
After purchasing, please send me your photos through Etsy messages along with all the details.
Please send us several good quality photos where we can clearly see the faces. If you wish to have a group of people drawn, it's ok to send us their photos separately.
(It is advisable not to send photos with filters and screen photos)
✨ AFTER I RECEIVE THE FILE, HOW CAN I PRINT IT OUT?
You can print it out at the printing center in your city.
You can print your file on canvas, t-shirt, phone case, pillow, mugs, wedding invitation, greeting cards, business cards, Christmas cards, as a birthday gift, wall art, and many more.
👩🎨Can I review the sketch before the painting is completed?
Of course!
We send the sketch in ETSI messages, at this stage you can make any changes
❌Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order before we start painting for you.
If a portrait has already been painted or has been completed, it cannot be canceled as all paintings are 100% personalized.
You can write to us if you do not like something, we will definitely try to solve the problem.
