Frequently asked questions

I'd like to exchange the item I received for another style or option compared to what I received, what do I do?

Please remember to reach out to us prior to the 14 days time frame after receipt of the item via delivery. As long as the item is within the same condition it was received with no damage or alterations, we can exchange it for another item or style/option that is of equivalent value. If you reach out to us after the 14 days of delivery of said item it will not be accepted for exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or offers exchanges for any custom-made products or digital items. Items that were previously exchanged for another item of equivalent value are not eligible for further exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

There were shipping delays or errors with my ordered items, can I be reimbursed for said issues?

We nor Etsy provide any form of reimbursement or credits if an item is delayed, shipped to an incorrect location, etc. We verify and confirm to ship the item or items to the listed address provided to us by the seller at the time of making their order. If there are any misspellings, errors or missing information provided to us for shipment of the product or items, we are not held responsible for said errors on the buyers part.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders received, processed and shipped for both record keeping and time tracking on both the buyer and ourselves.

Can I request a return or refund on the item or items I received?

We must receive notification within 14 days after receipt of the item(s) in order to investigate or resolve return or refund requests. They must classify as one of the following,

* Non-Delivery *
- There is no proof that the item was shipped to the buyer
- An item was sent to an address that is not on the Etsy receipt

* Not-as-Described *
- The item received is a different color, model, version, or size.
- The item has a different design or material.
- The seller failed to disclose that an item is damaged or is missing parts.
- The buyer received the incorrect quantity of items (e.g., the buyer purchased three items but only received two).
- The condition of the item is misrepresented (e.g., the item is described as new but is used).

What are other scenarios where an item or items are ineligible for an exchange or return?

- Items that are damaged by shipping carrier (if properly packaged by the seller).
- Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
- Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays.
- Items that are returned without a return agreement.
- Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations.
- Cost of shipping disputes.
- Items that are purchased in person.
- Items prohibited from sale on Etsy, including services and intangible goods.
- Transactions where payment is not made via Etsy’s checkout system.

Custom and personalized orders

All showcased products within the store are designed and created in-house therefore allowing for a wide range of customization and/or personalized editions for certain product lines.

I can easily make custom Warhammer Unit Movement trays as needed and based on complexity. The 3 model unit movement trays and 12 model unit movement trays were both personally requested customization for individuals, both local and nationally, which I then brought into the store in order to provide those options to the majority.

As with any customization or personalized requests, please make sure to reach out to me via DM in order to voice your desired design and for me to confirm if I can or cannot make said request.

The product(s) I received are differing shades of the same color but fairly close. Why is that?

Based on filament available from suppliers and shipping time frames, some product or products may be the same color but a slight different shade. This is mostly due to having to order filament from various suppliers to fulfill orders accordingly. I do my very best to obtain filaments from the same supplier or suppliers time and time again to retain a consistent color scheme or shade for colors offered on products.

You can always message me directly to confirm that I will not have to use differing filament stock to fulfill your order ahead of time and prior to ordering. If I have to order any filament to make sure all products for a potential order remain consistent then I will inform you prior to placing the order at the time of chatting.

Care instructions

Since the products listed are made of PLA or PLA+ filament material, keep in mind not to leave your items in direct sunlight or excessive heat. This can cause the items to become warped due to the heat which may cause models, cards, etc. to not fit accordingly anymore as intended.

This kind of damage or warping will void any possibility for an exchange or return.
