Each item is made at the time of your order. We try to create each order on the day you order and ship with the next day's mail. That is our goal. Sometimes large orders take more time, and we will try to communicate with you.

We ship each order via US Mail First Class package in bubble mailers. If an order will be cheaper to ship Priority mail in a small flat rate box, we will ship that way.

Since the buttons are a rigid item and cannot be bent or machined by the post office, they are charged as a package, which is a higher rate than a letter. The $4.00 shipping is a flat rate no matter how many items you order, even when it costs us more than $4.00 to ship.

We can handle customized orders for most designs. Keep in mind that some designs cannot be changed.

Any item that has space to be personalized can be. If the item listing does not allow it, simply contact us.

We can work with PNG, JPG, EPS, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop files.

Artwork should be flattened

Artwork dimensions:
Face of item (safe area): Circle 2.25"
Bleed for background colors: Circle 2.50"
Artwork edge (not visible) : Circle 2.75"
**Please note we use a manual cutter so there is some variance in cut, but we've been doing this 20 years, we are pretty spot on**

Do you want a lot of buttons?

We can work with you on getting the amount of buttons you need. We are a 2 person operation so the larger the quantity, the longer the production.

50-100 items - Inside a week
101-200 items - At least a week
200+ items - More than 2 weeks

The buttons, magnets and keychains ARE NOT waterproof. If you get them wet your image/design will get wet and could run

We are sorry, but unless a button is defective or the order is wrong, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please notify us ASAP and we will make it right.

Each item is custom-made for your order, we don't keep a stock pre-made.
