How long does shipping take?
All candles are handmade to order and carefully packed before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
🇺🇸 USA: approximately 10–25 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: approximately 7–20 business days
🌍 Other countries: delivery times vary by destination.
Please note that delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond our control.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every candle is handcrafted in our family workshop in Ukraine. Each piece is carefully poured, finished, and packaged by hand in small batches.
What wax do you use?
We use high-quality natural soy wax, which burns cleanly and is a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin wax.
Are your candles scented?
Yes, most of our candles are scented with premium fragrance oils. Please check each listing for the specific fragrance details.
Can I reuse the plaster container?
Absolutely! Once your candle has finished burning, simply clean the container with warm soapy water and reuse it as a planter, jewelry holder, or decorative piece.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on the size of the candle. The estimated burn time is provided in each product listing.
How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience:
Trim the wick to about 5 mm (¼ inch) before each burn.
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Do you accept custom orders?
We're always happy to hear your ideas! Feel free to send us a message, and we'll let you know if your request is possible.
Will I pay customs duties in the USA?
No. All US orders are shipped via Ukrposhta using DDP. We pay applicable import duties before dispatch, so you will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
