Most Olde Bones Collection products are made to order by one of our professional production partners. Production normally takes approximately 3–8 business days before an order ships.

Production times are separate from shipping times. Processing may take longer during holidays, major sales, severe weather, or unusually high order volume.

The estimated delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders are submitted to production shortly after they are received. Because of this, cancellations, size changes, color changes, design changes, and shipping-address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but an order cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review the listing photographs, product description, color options, and size chart before ordering. Selecting an incorrect size, color, style, phone model, or shipping address does not qualify an order for a free replacement or refund.

We will always assist when an item:

Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing defect
Contains a significant printing error
Is the wrong product, size, or color due to our error
Differs significantly from the listing description

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided through Etsy Purchase Protection or applicable consumer-protection laws.

Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible after delivery. Include:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the problem
3. Clear photographs of the entire item
4. Close-up photographs showing the damage, defect, or printing issue
5. A photograph of the shipping package when applicable

After reviewing the photographs, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Measurements can vary slightly between garment styles and manufacturers. Please review the size chart included in the listing before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.

We want you to be happy with the fit of your shirt. Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept general returns or refunds for ordering the wrong size. However, we may offer a one-time courtesy size replacement.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.

Contact us if the garment you receive is labeled differently from the size shown on your order.

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships. Carrier transit times are outside our direct control and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, customs processing, or other transportation delays.

Please contact us through Etsy if tracking has not updated for an extended period, appears stalled or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window. We will help review the tracking information and determine whether the carrier or Etsy should be contacted.

Qualifying orders may be covered through Etsy Purchase Protection. Buyers may be required to submit a Help Request or open a case so Etsy can review the shipment.

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please:

1. Confirm the shipping address on the Etsy order.
2. Check around the delivery location.
3. Ask household members, neighbors, apartment staff, or workplace mailrooms.
4. Contact the local carrier or post office with the tracking number.
5. Submit an Etsy Help Request if the package remains missing.

We will provide available shipping and tracking information to assist with the search. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders confirmed as delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order enters production.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, additional production or shipping charges may be required before the item can be sent again.

Refunds do not include costs already incurred to produce or ship an order returned because of an incorrect buyer-provided address.

Customer satisfaction matters to us. Please contact us through Etsy Messages before leaving a review if there is a problem with your order. Include the relevant order details and photographs so we can properly evaluate the issue.

We will respond professionally and make a reasonable effort to resolve legitimate product or fulfillment problems.

International buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other government fees unless those charges were collected during checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for charges imposed by the destination country.
