Due to the digital nature of our products, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital files under any circumstance. However, please contact me if you have any issues at all. I would be happy to work with you, if you encounter an issue.
I accept cancellations within one hour of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Olive & Pine Co. retains all copyright to pre made logo designs. You may however use your new logo for personal or personal business use, which includes but is not limited to web/blog use, media, social media, printed marketing materials, uniforms and advertising. I do not allow the logo to be used to sell as a new logo or sell as clipart graphics. You may not under any circumstances claim my designs as your own.
Printing
I do not offer any type of print services in my shop. I will help you by recommending companies who offer printing. I provide the design only. I am not responsible for the item once it is in the printing process.
Shipping
All items are digital products and delivered electronically. They do not have shipping fees.
For all pre-made logos and designs that require customization, please allow 1-3 days for processing. Typically, the first proof is sent within 12-24 hours.

All logos will be sent in the following formats:
PNG, JPG - For web use
JPG, Ai or Psd - For printing
