The security of your personal information is very important to me and I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are protected. That said, here are some provisions regarding your information:

USE
The collection of contact, shipping, and payment information as you have provided through Etsy is used solely to fulfill your order or to respond to your communications request. I will not sell, share, or use your information to advertise to you (such as, but not limited to: email advertising, phone sales, direct mail, or catalog) without your consent. I may, from time to time, need to contact you regarding your order. Such communication will be courteous and brief, only in direct relation to your purchase or a question you may have about various products. Most communications, unless otherwise indicated, will be through Etsy's communication services.

THIRD PARTY
I am just one man running a small storefront on Etsy and do not use any tools or applications to record your information outside of Etsy. TIMING
You data is kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order or satisfy any questions. Etsy does help vendors track past orders and may keep records far beyond my needs. Please refer to https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/ for more information. Unless legally obligated to keep records I will generally delete any information recorded for all transactions.

RIGHTS
You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the information provided below.

Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Unless legally required to maintain personal information, I will generally delete any collected information upon request.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
