Can I return or exchange my custom product?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it is the wrong size, i.e., if it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it. Please note that it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are unsure about the best size for you, please refer to our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images.
Can I change my shipping address after it has been shipped?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible (We can only change the address within 2 hours).
We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered or are sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
