Can I request a custom build?
Yes! Absolutely! We make custom and personalized orders. Just message/email us and we can discuss your ideas. Examples of custom orders would be if you wanted a special color, size, amount or even a completely new idea! We would LOVE to help you bring your inspiration to life!
If you have a specific build in mind and you have reference pictures you would like to send that would be helpful. Otherwise we can design and build a beautiful, and original custom piece for you.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
All sales are final on custom made products. Which means that it will be sold "as is" and no refunds can be granted. Rest assured we take extreme pride in every single one of our builds and we do not let anything leave our hands unless it is absolutely stunning and confident that it fits our clients needs and we know you will love. Our quality standards are extremely high and we work hard to put a smile on our customers faces.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we do. It will require additional fees to ship. Please email us before you place your order if you are outside the continental 48 states. We will get you a shipping quote first.
Do you offer local New York delivery or pick-up?
Our workshop where we build all products is located in Port Washington, Long Island NY. If you want to save on shipping, you may schedule a time to pick up at our workshop. Local delivery available for around $200-$300
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted and refunds are not issued. Due to each and every single item being custom designed and made to order to your specific needs unfortunately once the item is made, we are unable to restock your item to resell. We have extremely high quality standards and we work very hard to make sure that the end products are truly beautiful before leaving our hands. If your item arrives damaged please send us a message. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. We know it can be extremely upsetting to receive a damaged item! We will do absolutely everything we can to ensure your concerns are handled promptly! We are grateful for every one of our customers, so each of your concerns are very important to us.
