How long will my custom order take?
This depends on the specific item you have ordered or customised. A dress for example will take 1-3 weeks. A small brooch or piece of jewellery can take a week. Rush orders on request!
My item hasn't arrived yet!
If you are not in Australia, an International parcel can take anything from 7 days to 28 days, this will vary depending on customs and public holidays, weather, etc. Postage to Italy can take 6-8 weeks if held up in customs! Please message me if you are concerned your item may not arrive in time for an event or if your item has not arrived after 28 days. I will look it up for you at the Post Office.

How are you implementing Eco-Friendliness into your shop?
I love to use vintage fabrics, remnants & scrap/offcut fabrics, vintage buttons, beads, lace & more! I have also stopped using ALL animal products & limiting/cutting down my use of resins.
I also recycle my inner packaging such as cardboard, bubble wrap & rubber bands. If they are new and clean, I will use the packaging that my ordered supplies have come in!
I will newly purchase the outer packaging at the Post Office, I believe some of their packaging is also recycled paper. I also use brown recycled papers to sometimes wrap my parcels in for that "vintage feel".
I use minimal sticky packing tape, & receipts are given via E-mail only at time of purchase.
I work from my home studio, limiting travel & my commute!
