My local post office "lost" it (which had nothing to do with the seller or how it was addressed), and the seller was very helpful in assisting me with describing the packaging and where/when they mailed it so I could give that information to the post office in my missing mail claim. Luckly the post office found it and was able to get it to me within a few days.
