Custom and personalized orders

Customization is FREE on all products.

Just a gentle reminder, if you have a personalize request please make sure that everything is correct - spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. as we will NO LONGER ALLOW CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS on your order.

When will I receive my order?

DURING CHRISTMAS SEASON & OTHER HOLIDAYS

It normally takes me 7-10 days to create your Mugs.


FOR REGULAR SEASON
It normally takes me 3-7 days to create your Mugs.

Once it's made, I send via USPS 1st class (tracked). Here are approximate shipping times:

US: 5-7 business days
Canada: 5-12 business days
UK & Europe : 1-2 weeks
Asia, Australia: 3-4 weeks


**Please note: During Christmas shipping times DOUBLE!**

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

Except in very rare circumstances, I do not accept cancellations or give refunds. I also do not accept returns. I am happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I will send a replacement.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Our products are not "off the shelf" items, each order is CUSTOM made just for you upon your order.

Processing Time is different than "shipping time":

Processing Time is the time needed to process, create, and produce the actual item.

While Shipping Time is an ADDITION to processing times. Please plan accordingly when ordering time-sensitive gifts.

DELIVERY DATES: We guarantee we will do our best to produce your order as quickly as possible, HOWEVER, once it has been shipped and in the hands of the mail carrier, we cannot control nor can we guarantee a "specific" delivery date in which you will receive your package, we do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on an "expected" due date.

Can I Add A Gift Note In My Package?

Yes, you do! Please put ALL your instructions in the "personalization" box.

Will The Product Look Exactly Like It Does On My Computer?

Please note that the end product may or may not vary slightly in color due to the nature of each individual's computer monitor. Each monitor differs from one another thus light/colors display differently for each person. Using anti glare screen guards, etc can also skew how the color is portrayed on the screen vs how it looks in person.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: VAT/CUSTOM FEES

International customers are responsible for any VAT or CUSTOMS Fees, this is something we have no control over as these duty and customs fees are determined by your own country's government.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship to the address that is on the order form. Orders go into production rather quickly, therefore, we cannot guarantee any address changes once the order is in production.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES: *Please use valid names and addresses
Orders including misspelled names and/or incorrect shipping addresses will not be refunded once shipped. A replacement can be purchased for full price.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: OneClickGreatStuff cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. *Refunds are not issued for package theft or any mail that tracking shows 'delivered' however, if you encounter a delivery problem please contact us and we will provide you with helpful tips/answers to frequently asked questions.

Do you accept Refunds due to Delayed Shipping?

No, We do not allow a refund due to delayed shipping.
Please note, due to COVID, shipping times may be delayed and no matter how hard I try, it is out of my hands - so thank you very much for your patience if your order is affected.
