Frequently asked questions

-I try to do my very best to photograph my wares as well as describe them by giving you the fluid ounces or approximate sizes (where applicable). If you ever have any questions about a piece, please feel very welcome to contact me. I'm always happy to help!

-All of my wares are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe, unless specifically noted.
-If your piece has 22k Gold/White Gold or Pearling, please do not use any abrasive material (soap, sponge, etc) against the surface of the delicate gilding. By nature the surface can withstand common use, but anything abrasive will chip the surface of the gold. Please do not use the dishwasher for these pieces!

Payment Details

-I currently take payments through Etsy and Paypal.
-My shipping rates reflect the actual cost of shipping the object with the additional and very necessary materials required to ensure the safe travel of fragile pottery wares. Any overage of $2 or beyond that occurs will be refunded to the purchaser.


-My shop is not responsible for Lost Packages via the postal service.
-Alongside creating my wares, I am also the packer and shipper. I take the utmost time, care, and thoughtfulness when I am packaging my pottery so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of pottery being fragile and breakable, very occasionally a piece will unfortunately not survive the rough shipping journey.
-If a breakage occurs, please contact me with a picture (preferably of how you witnessed the breakage upon opening the box) and I will work with you to rectify the situation. Please then CAREFULLY!! dispose of the broken pottery. The buyer will receive a refund or replacement after all required documents are received for the claim.

Address, Wait time, and Gifting

-Please make sure you enter in the correct shipping address. Unfortunately my humble pottery cannot be held responsible for the shipment to the wrong address due to incorrect input of the buyer.
-I try my hardest to get your package sent to you as soon as possible. I ship USPS within 3 business days of purchase. If you have a deadline, please feel free to contact me and I will work with you. If the item being shipped is a gift, please let me know and I will address it to the person receiving it instead of the purchaser.

International Shipping

I will take extra care packaging your item(s) to be sent abroad. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs dues and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such important taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages once leaving the USA.


I strongly believe in recycling and the use or combination of used and new packing materials. If you prefer your order to be packed in all new materials, please let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

-All Sales Final. Please no exchanges.

-If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within the first week of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Your item must arrive to me in original condition. (Please take care to wrap well). Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please be sure to contact me before you leave any negative feedback. I will try in every situation to do my utmost to rectify and resolve any dissatisfaction.

-I do ask that you pay close attention to the listing photos and read the descriptions thoroughly as I will do my best to photograph and represent these items to the absolute best of my ability. Sizes and fluid ounces are estimates.

Custom and personalized orders

-I am open to custom orders though I cannot take them at certain times of the year. In the Spring and Fall time I am involved with many regional shows. I must be sure to have enough inventory for those times, so I cannot take on commissions that are very involved for about 3-5 months out of the year. I am a one woman show so I do sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding! Deposits of 50% down are always required with custom orders. Refunds are not offered for custom orders.
-With that being said, if there is a certain piece that you've seen on facebook/intagram/etsy, and you simply want it in another glaze or it has previously sold out, I am always happy to add your preferences to my making list. Please contact me with questions
