One Hot Laser is a husband & wife small business located in Crystal River, Florida. When they’re not working in the workshop, you can usually find them fishing in the Gulf. Gordon’s passion is cooking, and Lori’s lifelong hobby is gardening.
Gordon started engraving wood with a CNC Router in 2021. It was his hobby to make gifts for family and friends. Then folks started asking him to make items for purchase. Multi-layered Wall Art is his speciality. Charcuterie boards, house signs, and children’s puzzles are among some of the other cool items he's made. Plexi-glass engraving too such as backsplashes and boat dashboards.
The first laser engraving machine arrived in 2023. Now we have 5 laser machines, each with its own unique strengths and purpose. Soooo many things can be made with a laser engraving machine, and with many different materials. Gordon loves the challenge to create new items.
