    • Announcement   Hi! My name is Becky Dawson and I'm the owner and illustrator of One Lane Road. I accidentally fell into illustration back in 2011, while screen printing and selling a line of t-shirts here in my Etsy shop. Over the years things have evolved and I now illustrate and sell prints, greetings cards, tea towels, and apparel too. This little one woman show has grown quite a bit since 2011. I now have a part time assistant and local screen print shop - who help me to keep up with the demand (a large part of what I do is selling wholesale to shops). This new stage of growth opens up time for me to create new art and nurture all the details of running this creative biz even more, which I feel grateful to be able to do.     Processing time from when you placed your order is 10 business days (in most cases sooner). I then ship USPS first class mail (2-5 business days) for most single item orders.

    Hi! My name is Becky Dawson and I'm the gal behind One Lane Road. I accidentally fell into illustration back in 2011, while screen printing and selling a semi-successful line of t-shirts. Over the years things have evolved and I still screen print a bit, but I now illustrate and sell prints and greetings cards too. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients and have my art featured by; The WB's iZombie, Country Living Magazine, FOLK Magazine, Birds and Blooms Magazine, Taproot Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens.com (Meredith Corp.), Design House Greetings, Soule Mama, Alisa Burke's Blog, and Lucky Star Art Camp.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    If you are unhappy with your item once you receive it, you can send it back to me with in 1 week of the confirmation delivery date (or one month from receipt shipping date for international). Item must be unused/unwashed and in it's original condition. Items returned smelling of smoke/perfume or that have been washed will not be refunded. Refunds will be for the item purchase price only. No refunds on shipping costs folks, sorry! For an item refund or exchange (exchanges depend on what's in stock) please be aware buyers are responsible for ALL shipping costs to and from.

    FOR RETURNS ON TSHIRTS AND LEGGINGS: please contact me first before you ship back. The return address on your label is different than the one you need to ship to. Please message me for more details if a return/replacement is needed.

    NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Those sales are final.

    I accept paypal and all major credit cards as payment.

    Payment must be made immediately or else the sale will be canceled. If you need extra time, please contact me to discuss arrangements.
    Shipping
    Your order will ship out asap which is usually in 1-2 weeks. I ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation with in the United States for most my products, USPS priority or parcel post for larger quantities. International buyers I ship USPS first class international, but delivery confirmation is not available. You may request additional shipping services at your expense. I will ship to your default Etsy address on file *PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY ADDRESS ON FILE IS CURRENT*

    International buyers...please be aware of possible customs fees that may be added on to your shipping cost. This is not something I can control or will be responsible for, it varies country to country.

    I will not be responsible for loss or theft of a package. If you would like to purchase insurance or signature confirmation (not apply for international) please just let me know before checkout so I can adjust the shipping cost.

    I print, pack, and ship most days of the week - but I'm just a one woman show, so please keep this in mind. Most orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days after your order is made. Every now and then I get a little backed up, so please let me know if you need your order sooner.
