My current turn around is 1-3 business days. If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery time please contact me and I would try to accommodate your order so you can get it on time (free of charge) I would just ask you to upgrade to Express shipping or at least Priority shipping to expedite the delivery time as well. FedEx will be a good option as well. Keep in mind I can't guarantee delivery but I will try to help you on my end as much as possible.
I am always happy to help you in any way I can :). As a reminder once the package is taken by the carrier I have no control on how long it takes to be delivered to you, thank you for understanding. Also, keep in mind during the Holidays I might not be able to rush your order due to the volume of open orders I have.
-RETURNS:
Due to the nature of my items, we will not accept returns. If it was an error on our part, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after I mail your items and must be postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with Delivery confirmation to qualify for a refund.
-ORDER ADD ONS:
Unfortunately we can not grand order add ons. Please make sure you have everything you need in your cart when checking out. We do not have the ability to edit orders once placed.
-ADDRESS CHANGES:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
-CONVOS:
All convos are answered in the order they are received. We try to answer all convos Monday - Friday within 24 hours.
-PLEASE NOTE:
Although all items are crafted with care some of them may contain small parts which can pose as a choking hazard to little ones. Please never leave a child unattended. Buyer assumes all responsibility. Thank you!

Do you send proofs?
Since most of our items are custom made to order, we can't offer proofs on every item created. We always use our best artistic vision so a proof isn't necessary. However, if you would like to see it for yourself before it is engraved please let us know on the personalization box that you would like to see a proof.
Please make sure to double check the details to be engraved as we won't be responsible for misspellings or wrong dates. Thank you for understanding.
