Balloon Information:
All balloons arrive flat and uninflated.
For best results:
• Foil balloons can be filled with air or helium.
• Latex balloons should be inflated until they freely float on their own.
• Air-filled balloons do not float.
• Helium is required for floating.
Proper inflation dramatically improves both appearance and performance.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturer production batches.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivered Packages:
Once a package has been marked DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If this happens, we're still happy to help you contact the carrier and guide you through the next steps.
Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns on eligible items.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
• Personalized, custom-made, and inflated balloons cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

• Clear photos of the packaging
