Detailed Return Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE AT THE BUYER'S OWN RISK
All items have disclaimers that include specifics about each piece. Refunds are generally not issued after purchase of an item, with the only exception being if the items have sustained damage during the course of their shipping/delivery. In the event that your item is damaged in transit, we file a claim with either Etsy/USPS. After the claim's resolution, provided that the buyer has submitted photo evidence supporting the claim damages to their item during transit, we will issue a full refund.
If simply dissatisfied with the item, the buyer must message the store about options, but the store has the right to deny the return if the reason is not due to damage sustained during transit/delivery.
Condition of Items
The hunt is always on to find interesting items for our customers. Some may be vintage that need some fixing or tweaking. Others need to be left alone and sold as is. Most of our items are beginning a second life, and have disclaimers that include specifics about each piece. Don't hesitate to contact us with your particular questions or concerns before purchasing. We will be happy to answer any/all questions the best we can or even send more photos if needed.
