I had a an issue with the height chart being damaged in transit which was absolutely not the manufacturer’s fault. I contacted Hannah about the issue and she could not of been more apologetic and helpful and a new wooden height chart was made and sent out very quickly. The chart itself is of high quality and I am very happy with it.

Fantastic item, very high quality and looks really smart in our home. Had ordered and l was then contacted to say time scale was going to change by 6-8 weeks. Luckily it was not urgent and seller communicated well throughout the delay. Only negative would be that if the delay is going to be a long term issue I think that should be made clear on ordering. Other than that would be happy to recommend to others as product and packaging very good.
