Custom and personalised orders
All orders are available to be customized. Just simply send me a message before you order asking about customization.
Sizing details
All shirts come in sizes S-5XL (Subject to availability). If you do not see the size you would like listed, send me a message so I can double check my supplier has them in stock.
Care instructions
Please wash all shirts in cold water on gentle/delicate setting, and always air dry if possible.
Do not iron on threads or vinyl directly. Place a piece of fabric over shirt before ironing, and always iron WITHOUT steam.
What clothing brand do you use?
I typically use Gildan 2000 100% Cotton T-Shirts and Long Sleeves shirts. However other equivalent brands, such as Fruit of the Loom, Hanes or Jerzees may be used if the supplier is out of a certain colour/size combination.
I do not accept requests for specific brand clothing customization at this time.
I have made an error when ordering, is there a way I can fix this?
If your order has not yet been shipped and you noticed an error when you placed your order, send me a message as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Once an order has been shipped I cannot accept any changes.
If there is an issue with your ADDRESS after ordering (and shipping) send me a message. In this case, you would need to re-order your item. Often times the item will be returned back. Once I have received it back I will refund for the original item.
How is your shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the size, weight, and location of the buyer. All shipping is calculated in $CAD and shipped via Canada Post.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times are merely an ESTIMATE, you may receive your order sooner or later than the date Etsy has provided you on your confirmation email. Due to restrictions in Ontario and elsewhere shipping may be effected.
STICKERS- All sticker orders (unless purchased with a shirt) ship via Canada Post Letter Mail. These shipments do NOT have tracking, this is to ensure that shipping prices are low for all locations. Times of delivery with Letter Mail is 100% dependent on your location (shipping from Pickering, ON) it can take up to 12 weeks depending on the destination.

Are the shirts see-through?
As with most shirts, the white shirts are a little more see through than others and the embroidery backing may be slightly visible. Same is true with any other lighter coloured tshirt.
