Yes, product was late as I explained it was bad timing on my part. I sent DOUBLE her order AND extra gifts via express priority. Customer still not happy, was not accepting of anything and quite unkind. Still granted her refund by Etsy. Never returned product and I ended up in the negative. You win some you lose some.

I'm sorry these didn't work out for your daughter. As stated in the listing, I always encourage buyers to immediately reach out with any concerns as I am always happy to help. I see your purchase was months prior. Although built to withstand long term wear with premium supplies, with pulling of the bow roughly from the top, will certainly cause some damage. Instructions are in the listing and are included with your purchase.
