Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your bag, you may return your bag (unused, unstained, and odor free) within 30 days and I will return your purchase price and original shipping cost. A refund will not be given for return shipping costs.
Yarn:
If you are not happy with your yarn, please contact me as returns for yarn are accepted on a case by case basis.
Payment
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Nebraska.

I have set up shipping for the US, Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. If you wish to purchase from another country, please send me a private message and I can let you know how much shipping will be to your country.

All of my yarn is hand dyed and every effort was taken to ensure that the color in the picture is representative of the actual skein. As a hand dyed yarn, however, every skein of yarn will be slightly different than the original. Please note that monitor colors vary.
All items are created in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
