Material - Rough Sawn Wood!

These boards are all cut from rough sawn wood (see video in our “about us” page for a great overview of our process). Therefore, please keep in mind that as wood is a natural product the character of every board is different and will have varying imperfections (knots, holes, texture difference). Character and color variations in the wood will show through the stain and these areas will appear darker. Please message us for photo examples prior to ordering, if you wish to see more examples.

Staining Process

We have 6 stains to choose from for pine and 3 for oak wood. There is a sample photo on the listing to show the different options. As wood is a natural product, shading may vary slightly from board to board. Please also keep in mind that screen settings on your phone or computer can have an impact on the color you are seeing. Aafter staining, all signs have multiple layers of poly finish applied to add a nice finished look as well as a small layer of protection.

Once an order is placed, you can expect your product to be finished within 2 weeks of the date the order is placed. All wood signs are securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and packaging paper. Items typically arrive within 7 business days once shipped. Tracking numbers are provided once the item(s) have been shipped.

Return Policy

- RETURN POLICIES -
Personalized items are non-refundable. For all other items, simply send us a message within 3 days of receipt stating the specific problem. Items must be in new condition and not used. Customers will be responsible for any additional return shipping charges.

Damaged Item

If for some reason your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos so we can file a damage claim with the shipping company and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
