How can I download my files after purchasing?
You will be able to download your files immediately after your payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address linked with your order with a direct link for you to easily access your files.
If you were to not receive this confirmation email or if you would like to download your files again, you can easily do so by:
1/ Clicking on your account button in the top right corner,
2/ Selecting "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu,
3/ Finding your order & clicking on the "Download Files” button.
Please note: Your files can only be downloaded by using a computer. The Etsy app doesn’t currently support file download.
Do you offer printed wall art?
We don’t currently offer printing services for our prints.
You can print your files at home using your printer, at your local print shop or online. We usually recommend Staples, FedEx or Office Depot as they offer online printing services.
Can you create custom prints?
Yes! We are currently accepting custom orders so if you have an idea of a print or set of prints you would like to have created for your home, please feel free to get in touch!
What are your policies on cancellations and refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of our products, we currently don't accept cancellations and refunds.
