I'm Chelsi, the owner and creator behind OneWildCo. The inspiration for this shop started many years ago (although I didn't know it at the time) when I was minoring in visual arts at university. One day there, a peer of mine had brought in a screen printing kit and showed us all how she prints tshirts. I was so impressed with how professional it looked and had no idea that printing your own shirts was even an accessible option. A few years later while browsing around my favourite art store, I came across a screen printing kit and decided it was something I wanted to try. I went to a local fabric store and bought a couple meters of canvas fabric to print on, and sewed them into throw pillows. After a lot of trial and error, I eventually evolved into printing on various types of shirts and opened up my Etsy shop. The rest you can say, is history :)
I took a bit of a hiatus last year as I packed my bags and moved from rainy Vancouver, Canada to the warm beaches of Sydney, Australia, where I lived with my boyfriend for 10 months. I really did miss printing while I was gone and now that I'm back (brrrr!) I'm excited to get back into the swing of things.
I think you'll find that many of my designs are focused around adventure and my love of travel. I love to create items that speak to our inner wild women!
