We do NOT accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges/adjustments on anything found to be defective. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of item to qualify for an exchange. Exchange Policy We offer exchanges (within 10 days of receipt of items ONLY) for anything else in the store up to the value of the old items. You are responsible for shipping both ways. Items must be returned in a completely unused/smoke free condition. You MUST email us ahead of time to set up an exchange.
