Frequently asked questions
I purchased a product but didn’t receive it. Where can I download it?
Your digital files are available in your Etsy account. Log in to Etsy.com, go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews, then find your order and click Download Files. This will take you to the download page where all the files for your order are available. Please note that digital downloads cannot be accessed through the Etsy app—they must be downloaded through a web browser.
Do I need a paid Canva account to use your templates?
Almost all templates use free Canva elements, so a free Canva account is all you need. If an item requires a Canva Pro account, it will be clearly specified in the product description. Instructions on how to create and access your Canva account will be included with your purchase.
How do I send you my image or logo?
At checkout, enter your URL in the personalization field and upload your image using the file upload option. Accepted formats are PNG, SVG, WebP, and JPG. Once your order is placed, I'll get started right away.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to help find a solution.
Not sure if your image will work in a mosaic QR code?
Message me before purchasing and I'll create a free sample mosaic with your image so you can see the result before you buy. No commitment required.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. All digital products are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be resold, redistributed, gifted, or shared in any form — modified or as-is. Each purchase covers one buyer. Please do not upload files to shared drives, marketplaces, or anywhere others can access them.
Will the QR code actually scan?
Yes — every mosaic QR code is tested and guaranteed to scan with any smartphone camera before delivery. If you ever have a scanning issue after receiving your files, contact me and I'll fix it at no charge.
How long does delivery take?
All mosaic QR codes are delivered within 24 hours of purchase directly to your Etsy messages. Most orders are completed sooner. If you have an urgent deadline, message me before ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate.
