Custom and personalized orders
I do not repeat my work, but I can perform a similar model with another picture. We will discuss all details in personal correspondence. After your approval of the sketch and 100% payment I will start working. The manufacturing time depends on the complexity of the product.
If you placed an order and, before it has been shipped to you, decided to cancel it, I refund you 80% of its price + shipping costs you paid.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me before making a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform me within 2 working days after you received the item.
You will receive a full refund if it is sent back unused and in original condition.
You need to attach a mail form confirming the date you received it, and a copy of the postal receipt confirming the date you sent it.
The return is made upon receipt of the goods and does not include the cost of delivery.
Please use only ordinary postal service to return the goods (and not the courier).
Delivery:
Each product is carefully wrapped to avoid damage.
For sending, I use the National Postal Service of Ukraine (Ukrposhta).
The package leaves the territory of Ukraine within 3-4 days.
Then her journey depends on the work of your postal service.
I follow the delivery, but I do not control the work of the postal services.
After sending, I will provide you with all possible tracking links.
