Is there any return or exchange on the Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. However, at Onyx Digital, we stand by the quality of our work. If you encounter a technical issue with a file, a corrupt download, or a mistake on our part, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the issue or provide a replacement file
How do I access my files?
After purchase, you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and looking for the order. Please note that you cannot download files from the Etsy mobile app; you must use a mobile browser or computer.
Do you offer customization or edits?
Currently, our products are sold as-is to keep prices affordable. However, we love hearing suggestions for future product releases!
What software do I need to use these files?
Please check the individual listing description. We clearly state the file formats included (PDF, JPG, XLSX, SVG, etc.). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the software and knowledge to use these files before purchasing.
