I bought Silver Circle Studs for my wife. They were very nicely made and exactly what she wanted. However , in a short time the studs began to hurt the ear pierce and it seemed the stud was a very tiny bit big. Fran was quick to offer to fix them. We sent them back and they were returned soon after. They are now comfortable. We are pleased no only with the product but Fran's eagerness to correct a problem.
