Custom and personalized orders
I’m so sorry. I can’t handle the pressure of creating custom orders, so I am currently not taking neither custom nor pre-orders at the moment.
Care instructions
My products are made of high-temperature porcelain clay so it is food-safe and microwave-safe. Handwashing is recommended.
How long does it take for shipping
It will take ~3 to 7 days for me to pack and drop them off at the Shipping.
With the standard shipping it with take 3 - 10 weeks, the estimated shipping time base on the location where you reside. Various factors, such as distance and customs clearance, can influence the final delivery timeframe.
Express shipping will be take 5-7 business days (express shipping option may occasionally close for a limited period of time, due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, unforeseen events, or unexpected surges in shipment volumes, there may be instances where it becomes necessary to temporarily suspend our express shipping service)
Refund conditions
Damaged Items:
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging, I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund on your order.
Wrong Item Received:
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
