5 out of 5 starsMy mantel felt bare after the holidays so I looked for garlands I could keep up year round and this was perfect. The stars were smaller than I expected but that’s on me for not double checking before ordering. I’m still happy with my purchase.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay customs/tariffs? What about CUSMA (USMCA)?
I include accurate paperwork (description, value, HS code) and CUSMA certificates where eligible. Christmas stockings (Canadian-labelled) and wreaths are certified. Customs has the final say for each parcel; any duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

What materials do you use?
I work mainly with repurposed Canadian wool blankets and Ontario farm wool (felted by hand). Repurposing extends the material’s life and keeps textiles out of landfills—expect unique colour and pattern variations.
The exception is the Red/ White Wool stocking, they are made of Dutch Marine Blankets
Care instructions
Spot clean with cold water and a mild wool soap. Blot—don’t rub. Reshape and air dry away from heat/sun. Use a lint roller for surface fibres.
For storage, keep clean, dry, and folded (a cedar block helps).
What’s your processing time?
Current processing times are shown on each listing. Have a deadline? Message me before ordering—rush/upgrade options may be available.
Can I upgrade shipping or fix my address after ordering?
Yes—please message me right away. If your order hasn’t shipped, I can (1) create a quick shipping-upgrade listing and ship with the upgraded method once purchased, and/or (2) update the address. After an order ships, addresses can’t be changed. If a parcel returns to me, I can re-ship to a new address (additional postage applies).

Reach out within 7 days with photos and your order number. I’ll make it right—repair, replacement, or a fair solution case-by-case.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I’m happy to include a handwritten gift note and pack without pricing. Add your message at checkout or send me a quick message after you order.
Do you ship to the EU/Germany? Are you compliant (EU GPSR & LUCID)?
Yes. I follow EU product safety rules (GPSR) and I’m registered in Germany’s LUCID Packaging Register, so my packaging is licensed for delivery in Germany. Accurate customs paperwork is included. (Any import VAT/duties are set by your country’s customs.
What’s your return policy (incl. custom name tags)?
Contact me within 7 days of delivery (EU/UK: within 14 days); ship back within 14 days, unused.
Custom/personalized parts (e.g., name tags) are non-refundable. If your order includes a base item + customization, I refund the base item only and deduct the customization cost.
EU/UK right of withdrawal: I refund the item + my least-expensive outbound shipping; buyer pays return shipping unless I made a mistake.
Outside EU/UK: original shipping isn’t refunded; buyer pays return shipping unless my error.
If your order arrives damaged/incorrect, message me within 48 hrs with photos so I can fix it.
