What are your Business Hours?
We are situated in Europe, our business hours are Monday to Friday:
Europe: 8:00 - 17:00 CEST
US West: 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT
US East: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PDT
AU East: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM AEST
When will you dispatch my order?
Most of the products in my shop are Made to Order and 1-10 business days are required to fulfill them.
I always keep my schedule and dispatch on time!
Estimated preparation time is 5 working day.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping time depend on customer location, but you can expect the following transit times:
USA & Canada: 5-14 business days
Europe: 2-8 business days
Australia: 8-14 business days
The above times do not include possible shipping delays or errors, due to USPS, Customs or Internationa transit times.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know prior to placing your order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your needs.
Overseas shipping
Once orders are dispatched and handed off to the post office, they are out of my control and I am no longer responsible for them.
In very rare occasions (less than 1%), orders have shipping delays or errors, due to USPS, Customs or other circumstances.
But I am ready to support the customers with any shipping issues they may have. Will provide invoice, tracking data etc. by customer request.
