OrganizedOpsKits

This policy explains what personal information OrganizedOpsKits collects when you buy from this shop, and how it's used.

What I collect
When you buy, Etsy shares the information needed to complete your order: your name, email address, Etsy username and the details of what you bought. Because every item is a digital download, I don't need or keep a shipping address. If you message me, I see what you write.

Why I use it
Only to complete your order, answer your questions and help if a file won't open. The legal basis is that I need it to fulfill your purchase (contract) and to provide support you ask for (legitimate interest).

What I don't do
I don't sell your information. I don't add Etsy buyers to an email list or send marketing messages, which Etsy doesn't allow.

Who else sees it
Etsy handles payments and stores order records under its own privacy policy. I don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it
Order records stay in Etsy for as long as Etsy keeps them, which is usually needed for tax and accounting records. You can ask me to delete anything I hold outside Etsy.

Your rights
If you live in the European Union, the UK or another place with similar laws, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Questions or requests
Send me a message through Etsy and I'll respond within a few business days.
