I initially purchased the bust template on my phone and when i went to download it on my laptop, i realized i had a weird profile logged in on my phone so i was unable to access the file. The company ended up refunding me and i didn't have any issues with downloading it (after i purchased it on my actual Etsy account). i was a little overwhelmed when i looked at the pdf i was going to print. the youtube video helped me understand the steps and i felt confident i could do it. i definitely recommend products by this company.
