***ROYAL MAIL DELAYS***
Please be aware of possible delays due to the industrial action by Royal Mail.
Orders will be processed by us as normal but on the days effected by strike action there will be no collections by Royal Mail and this will impact on delivery times of all orders.
We are very sorry for these delays but they are completely beyond our control. Thank you for your continued custom and understanding during these times.

All orders are sent standard delivery unless one of the following options are selected at checkout:
📪 UK: Select the EXPRESS option for a tracked service.
📪 OUTSIDE UK: Select the TRACKED option for a tracked service.
Delivery times are set by Etsy and are an estimate of when your order will arrive. Although the processing times are set to the the same on all orders, if you choose a tracked or express delivery option then your order will be prioritised and processing is generally 2 working days.
*** TURNAROUND TIMES UPDATE: Our current turnaround time is approx 4-5 working days.
Deliveries from the UK to European countries usually take 5-7 working days. Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's International Priority Service. Please note this service is NOT tracked. Deliveries to the US are currently taking 1-3 weeks in some cases. Deliveries to Australia and Canada can take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately delivery timescales are beyond our control. If your order does not arrive please get in touch to find a solution - we will be more than happy to help!
Tracked delivery can be purchased at checkout for an additional charge. It can also be called Express or Expedited Shipping. This service is recommended for a faster turnaround or for high value orders. Please note it does not guarantee a faster delivery time but your order will be prioritised and jump to the top of the queue.
