My package arrived damaged during shipping, what should I do?
Please take 2-3 pictures of the outside of the box showing the damage. Then open the box and take pictures of any physical damage you can find. Please save all of the original packaging and items and send us a message including pictures and description of damage. We will work with you in getting a replacement or refund but we do ask for cooperation as we will need to fill out an insurance claim on our end for the damage. Any package that is 'refused' buy the buyer will need to be reshipped at the buyers expense so please do not refuse a package.
What do I need in order to use 'chipless' ink cartridges in my printer?
Our refillable 'chipless' cartridges require that you have converted your printer with chipless software. We have experience using the vendor InkChip (can google 'inkchip chipless software') and would recommend them. It is the buyers responsibility to have a compatible printer converted for use with these cartridges unless they have purchased a conversion service from us. Once your printer is converted you can use chipless cartridges and refill them many times so save money or to use custom inks like sublimation.
