This item is everything you would hope it would be. My scent package from mid 2022 is just about done with it's job! Yes, from mid 2022 - this item is everything it should be! It's lasted 4 years. I just purchased two more and will now have one in each vehicle I own. There is nothing like opening your car door and having that new car smell. I absolutlety love this shoppe. Rita has been really great and lovely enough to add an additional packet due to the crazy heat we have had in Ohio. I bought my 2026 Mustang, November 2025, and wanted to keep that new car smell. I found Rita's shoppe and this is my second purchase. Passerbys are impressed by the new car smell when I open my windows. I will continue to purchase. Oh yeah, shipping is crazy fast too.

Really happy with both the product and the customer service! The scent is clean, fresh, and actually gives the car that “new car” smell without being overpowering. I also have to give a special shoutout to Rita, who was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Because of the extreme heat and humidity, she included an extra complimentary packet in case the weather affected the strength or longevity of the scent. That was such a nice and unexpected gesture and really showed that they care about their customers and the experience you have with the product. Great product, even better customer service.
