Privacy Policy - Orira Studio

This policy explains how and why I collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit my shop or buy from Orira Studio. I take your privacy seriously and use your information only to fulfil your order and run my shop.

1. Information I collect
To process your order I collect information you provide at checkout and in our messages, including: your name, billing and delivery address, and contact details such as email; order details, including items, sizes, colours, and any personalisation you request; payment confirmation (I never see or store your full card details, as payments are handled securely by Etsy); and messages you send me through Etsy.

2. Why I need it and my legal basis
Under the GDPR I rely on these lawful bases: performance of a contract, to make and deliver the products you ordered and to provide customer service; legal obligation, for example tax, accounting, and reporting; legitimate interests, to run and improve my shop and to prevent fraud, where not overridden by your rights; and consent, where you give it, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Information sharing
I share your information only as needed to complete your order and run my shop. Orira Studio is made to order, so I share your delivery details and order information with my print-on-demand production partners, Printify and Printful, and their print providers, so they can produce and ship your item. I also share information with Etsy as required to use their services, with shipping carriers to deliver your order, and with service providers or authorities where required by law. I do not sell your personal information and I do not use it to send unsolicited messages.

4. Data retention
I keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide my services and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting. When it is no longer needed I securely delete or anonymise it.

5. International transfers
My production partners and their print providers operate in several countries. Where your information is transferred outside your country or the European Economic Area, I rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.

6. Your rights
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact me through Etsy Messages. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
