Frequently asked questions
Tracking and Shipping methods & Buyer taxes details
Standard Shipping - shipping with tracking number, usually arrives worldwide within 14-21 business days. Delivery with local courier service.
Express Shipping - insured shipping with tracking via DHL, usually arrives worldwide within 3 business days.
Shipping times do not include processing times - which is the time it takes to prepare and send your order. Shipping expenses cannot be redeemed or reimbursed upon order cancellation.
Repair and warranty
Warranty on plating is a year from purchase.
Warranty on general repair is two years from purchase.
Please contact me if you have any issues with your item.
Care instructions
For plated items -
When not in use, please keep the item organized neatly in a closed box. Avoid jewelry coming in contact with cosmetics and cleaning supplies.
For Sterling Silver items -
When not in use, please keep the item organized neatly in a closed box. Avoid jewelry coming in contact with cosmetics and cleaning supplies.
If the item oxidizes please treat it with a silver cleaning solution taking care to follow manufacturer instructions.
Custom and personalized orders
Customizations and personalizations are available for some of the products.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if you have a special request, via “convo” -etsy messaging service.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after receipt of the item and if it has not been used. If you would like to return or exchange your item please notify me first via “convo” message. Please note that return shipping charges are not refunded and only after the item has been returned charges will be refunded.
Items that are automatically returned to sender without being accepted will only be partially refunded and will be redacted 15USD to cover shipping costs.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are shipped in an appropriate jewelry box and tied with a bow ready to be given as a gift.
If you would like additional gift wrapping and to include a personal message you may choose gift wrap at checkout. Extra gift wrapping includes a lovely card for your message and a small gift bag. Please leave a “note to seller” on checkout or message me and I will be happy to add your message to the card.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that the address you have listed in Etsy is correct - this is the target address.
Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs.
If you change the address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change the address after the shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address changes.
If shipping is done to your workspace, hotel, or any other public location - Although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.
