How it started?
Hi, I’m Courtney, the maker behind Osborn Custom Woodworks.
My woodworking journey began in the summer of 2024 with a simple home project. While remodeling my kitchen, I realized I could build my own cabinet doors instead of buying them. What started as a way to save money and create something custom quickly turned into a passion I never expected.
From that first project, I was hooked. I spent countless hours learning new techniques, experimenting with different tools, and refining my craftsmanship. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a piece of cedar and turning it into something beautiful that can become part of someone else’s home or holiday traditions.
Today, I specialize in handcrafted cedar lanterns, including seasonal favorites for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, along with sports-themed and custom designs. Every piece is designed, built, sanded, and finished by hand with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Thank you for supporting my small business. Every order allows me to continue growing Osborn Custom Woodworks and doing what I love most—creating handcrafted pieces that bring a little warmth, character, and personality into your home.
