Shipping

I will try to ship all the items within 3 business days using Priority. I have been listening my customers closely and the fast shipping method seems to be much appreciated. Therefore I will try to ship all the purchases as priority mail. You can ask for express/expedited shipping and that is possible for 15€ extra fee. Expedited/Express shipping includes tracking number, priority does not including tracking unless purchased separately (10€).
Shipping times do vary as these are international shipments. Mostly they arrive in 2-3 weeks but sometimes they take a longer route. Shipment to Asia have been quite fast but to US they are increasingly slow. They tend to stay with customs quite long, so patience is needed. In case your parcels are being returned back to me due to wrong or insufficient address, or you do not pick up the package from the post office, the shipping charges are not to be refunded. Please make sure you have correct and sufficient address on file. Please contact me for any additional information or if you have any questions or concerns. Shipments at Christmas time take longer than normally. Thank you!

Tracking
If you want to be able to track your package, please contact me.
Big shipments do have tracking but shipments sent as fat envelopes do not.
However it is possible to purchase one. If you feel you need tracking please contact me for additional information.

Your information is safe with me. I do not share it with anybody else except the instances needed to complete the transaction (etsy and payment processing). I contact you only about the transaction and services i provide and you are at any time free to ask me not to contact you. I am required to keep information about the transactions for tax and legal purposes.
