I ordered this tail November 1, 2021. On December 10, 2021, I noted that the tail hadn't been shipped. I messaged the seller asking if it would arrive by January 6, as I was hoping to have it in time for a convention. No response. I went to the shop page and noticed all the listings had been removed. A message at the top indicated that the seller was ill and working long hours. The seller claimed to be working through the backlog. I'm sympathetic to life getting in the way, but it is no excuse for ignoring your customers entirely. I finally filed a case with etsy at the end of February, 2022 and received a refund. If this store ever opens up, I hope folks will read this string of reviews noting that the customer will not receive their purchase.

Never received it. Seller never responded. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this shop.

I ordered an item a month ago and it was supposed to have arrived by now but haven’t received it yet, I have sent two emails in past few days and no response from anyone, hope I didn’t get my money stolen here, I had shopped from this store before and it was good but this time nothing yet.
