How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are ready to ship within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location.
What materials do you use?
Ottoco is all about variety! Depending on the piece, I work with stainless steel, sterling silver, plated copper, pearls, zircon, natural stones, pewter, bronze, and other carefully chosen materials. You can always find the exact material details in each listing.
Do you offer resizing?
For some pieces, yes! I may be able to adjust details such as necklace chain length or bracelet sizing. Send me a message before ordering, and we can see what is possible for your chosen piece.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please message me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been prepared or shipped, I may not be able to make changes—but I’ll always do my best to help when timing allows.
Can I send an order directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. If you’d like to add a short gift message, leave it in the order notes and I’ll happily include it.
What is your return or exchange policy?
I accept returns and exchanges when you contact me within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. If anything is wrong with your order, please message me within 7 days as well. I’ll carefully review the situation and do my best to make it right.
