It all looks very nice in the bag. However there is a tinge of odor about this agar and it is strikingly similar to vomit. Fairly unpleasant but i am hoping that that is just a smell from nature and when i burn it that will not exist. It isn't over-powering but when you go from smelling the wonderful aroma of agar to putrid vomit like scents, it is noticeable. I am satisfied with my purchase all the same, i sincerely doubt someone puked all over my wood at some point in time so i am chalkin it up to being a natural product. It is still oud-tastic.

looks fairly nice. One piece is most likely at least half the weight. One of the most solid pieces i have yet to receive and it looks as though it will be decent. Resinous throughout. Satisfied.

Although the pictures look more sumptuous, the actual chips are quite resinated. You are definitely getting your money's worth. Adam offers this portal into Malaysian Agarwood, how long can this be maintained? All I can say is stock-up now while you still have the chance. The aroma suggests that the wood is Aquilaria Malaccensis. Appreciating Agarwood chips is a Fine Art IMO, so to take full advantage of the aroma within the resinated chips, I suggest that you do a little research on how to heat them properly. For the amount I paid per gram and the resin content in these chips, I could've easily spent $20+/gram for the same amount. Resin content is VERY high. Great deal! Has the same deep & woody aroma Malaysian wood is known for. Also, on coals, it has such a high resin content, I don't get all the bunk wood (white wood) burn-off smell I would from lesser grade chips; therefore, they do not leave any campfire smell behind. Which is an extra plus - not burning my sniffer in the process of fumigation :) I can also put it on my electric heaters and delve into the softer, sweeter and magical nuances that I never knew existed before I began to learn more about the use of low heat to coax the wood to release its magical scents rather than blasting it with an 800 - 1000 degree F charcoal all the time. I still use both methods :)

I liked this Oud Oil, and I thought it had a very nice balance or woodiness. I like the way I could tell it had been aged a bit. To me it seemed less spicy with a rounded off edge at the opening, enough to tell. And I put it up against a true rival indeed and Oud Worlds Premium Grade Agarwood oil held up its end very nicely! It also calms down on my skin very fast, which I did enjoy. It brought me to one of the most unique oudiness places yet. I enjoyed that very much! I'll be back. Or I could just be getting more alright with opening spiciness. I really cannot wait until some of these get to the 5-year mark. It would be very cool if the guys I got it from originally were still honing their skills and after every 5 years I can contact them and we can compare notes. How cool would that be??

Very nice as well! This grade of wood burns nice and slow and I didn't have to play around with the coal much at all. Nice aroma and bubbles plenty :) Well done all around. Delivery was earlier than expected, and things are packed to prevent breakage. What more can be done? I will purchase again from Oud World and the store is highly recommended!!!

Very nice!! I will be ordering again soon!! Great seller, VERY knowledgeable and honest. This is my first time burning good wood, my 1st attempt didn't go well with another source. But Oud World quality is A+++. I am a newbie, & it IS the ultimate to burn the wood AND wear the oil...I have a bit of knowledge and experience with oud oils, I skipped over the wood because I didn't want to confuse my senses with the actual wood burning smell not just the resin. I spent a few years with only oils building upon my olfactory sensibilities while finally realizing I was missing out. I read that wearing the oils and burning the wood was where it was at :) So, as to adhere to my perfect addictive mind, I knew this was the next right choice I would make on my path towards spiritual enlightenment.
