My main print provider is based in the US, but for purchases from Canada, I usually work with a local print provider to minimize shipping delays and customs fees. If a specific color or size isn’t available locally, the order will be printed and shipped from the US, which may take a little longer to arrive.

I always do my best to ship your items quickly and conveniently, but please note that some products are exclusive to the US and can only be printed and shipped from there. If you have any questions or special requests, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help!

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Different product types are often shipped separately, as they may come from different print providers or facilities. Don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking information for each package!

I offer two types of t-shirts: Bella+Canvas 3001 (lightweight and breathable, great for layering) and Comfort Colors 1717 (heavier 100% cotton fabric).
For sweatshirts, I use Gildan 18000 (50% cotton) and Comfort Colors 1566 (80% cotton).

Each listing includes details about the specific brand used, which you can find in the product description and size chart photo. If you’d like a design printed on a specific brand, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

All items are made to order, meaning production begins only after your order is placed. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel or modify your purchase, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is sent to production, and cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

If there’s an issue with your order or a mistake on my end, please contact me with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and I’ll be happy to replace it for you—ideally within two weeks of your order date!
