This was a gift and shipped straight to the recipient so I didn't see the finished product, but when received, he posted it on Facebook to show his friends, and it looked great! When I ordered the tumbler I couldn't figure out how to have it shipped to an address different from mine, so I sent the vendor a note -- she was very responsive When it was ordered, the shipping date was to be October 7. Heck--it was received almost a week ago--around September 26! Very pleased with the entire experience.
