We make realistic Cosplays and high quality props of all kind of matherials.

We are a small artisan workshop that we enjoy to the maximum of our creations. We have more than 10 years of experience. We love cosplay, larp and recreation, so all the pieces we make are designed to be used in the best possible way.
Our specialty is leather work, highlighting our particular aging techniques, so that each piece looks like a direct output from a movie, and helps you embark on your own adventure.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS

We can offer refund over stock listing listed in our shop, if they're bought without any change. We won't offer refund for custom orders.
The shipping cost for returning pieces is covered by you.

CONTACT US BEFORE OPEN A CASE ON ETSY. Open a case should be the last resource when you need ETSY to help you and the shop to solve a problem, in the event that you can´t do it between you and the shop owner.

All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item. RUSH ORDERS

If you want to request a rush order (any order requesting an earlier shipping date other than that indicated on the item purchased) additional charges will apply. Please contact us before make the purchase, because we can’t always accept a rush order for a specific date. Additional charge on the order will depends on the specific date you requested, and our actual working queue.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DONE?

Every item has its own processing time depending on the level of difficulty and current order volume. Processing times can be found for each listing, in Shipping and Policies tab under "Ready to Ship in ___."
For example: if you purchased a listing on January 1st with a processing time of 2-3 weeks the latest your order will ship would be Januray 22nd. You can view this ship date on your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews "Shipping Details."
