Refunds are accepted only for stock items purchased without customization.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. The packaging must be kept, as it may be required for verification.

We do not offer alterations or modifications after delivery. All items are produced and finished as ordered, based solely on the information provided before production begins.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly. We are always happy to help and will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Our shipping system is fully automated and prints the address exactly as entered by the buyer. Wrong address are not our responsability.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. For delays, lost packages or items marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If theft is suspected, contact the carrier and local authorities.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping

Each item is handmade and has its own processing time based on complexity and current order volume. Processing times are clearly stated on each listing under:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier workload, weather or holiday periods. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an inquiry or claim. We cannot refund or cancel orders due to shipping delays.

In some cases, we may need to contact you to confirm details, measurements or order specifications. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor Etsy messages and email and provide the required information promptly. If no response is received, we will proceed with the order

We offer different levels of customization. Simple options include leather color, hardware finishes, or minor design tweaks. Additional costs apply based on complexity.

Size adjustments or custom embossing (stencils) require pattern modifications and will receive a specific quote. Fully custom designs are evaluated individually; we prioritize projects that fit our workshop model.

We use European standard sizing as our base.

If you require very small or very large sizes, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you properly.

For armor pieces, accurate measurements are essential. For items such as breastplates, we require shoulder width and belly circumference, not just height. Different body types require different considerations.

For high-value pieces such as armor, we strongly recommend not trying to force a standard size to avoid a custom order. If you are making this investment, the fit should be correct and worth it.

We work with premium quality leather sourced from animals raised for human consumption, including cow, goat and rabbit leather.

We also use:
• Genuine leather cords
• High-quality metal hardware (brass, nickel, antique finishes)
• Resin for select decorative elements

All pieces are hand painted and aged using proprietary coloring and finishing techniques developed over more than 20 years. These processes give each item its distinctive character and unique appearance.

Our prices reflect the real work behind each piece. Our leather finishes are not superficial or made for photos only. We use deep colors, layered aging and controlled wear designed to improve with time and use.

Our designs are created to work across many characters, worlds and events, not for a single costume or photoshoot. Versatility, durability and long-term wear are part of the design process from the start.

Quality is visible in the leather itself, the edges, the flexibility and how the piece feels in hand.

If a sale starts after you place your order, the price paid remains the final price. Discounts are not applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Our pieces are made from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, a natural material that evolves with use. When new, leather may feel stiff. This is normal and will soften over time.

To help the break-in process, gently bend the leather in different directions without forcing it.

For basic care:
• Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth
• Apply a small amount of leather conditioner if needed
• Body lotion can be used in a pinch

We recommend applying conditioner to the inner side, as conditioning the outer surface may slightly darken the color or affect the aging finish.

We do not sell, share or license our patterns.

Our patterns are part of our professional heritage and represent many hours of design, testing and refinement. We make a living by creating and selling finished pieces, not by distributing the tools used to make them.

We kindly ask that you do not request patterns or templates. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our work and craft.
