Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of custom orders, they will not be refundable. Prior to any custom ordering being started, full payment is required.
Refunds

Due to the nature of digital items, they will not be refunded.
BABY ITEMS
No refunds will be given.
LOST IN MAIL
Any item lost in the mail after it left my hands will need to be refunded by your credit card company. I am happy to assist them with any information they need based on your order.
Over seas can take 3-4 months
USA can take 2 months (depending on location)
Canada can take 1 month
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Any item purchased will be refunded 100% as long as you ask for a refund within 24 hours OR prior to the package being shipped.
SHIPPED ITEMS
If your package has been shipped and you would like a refund, the item must be sent back to me. Once received, I will issue a refund for the item (+tax) but not the shipping cost.
Where is my item?
Due to the cost of shipping, we try to keep it cost effective by offering small packet ground/air shipping. Unfortunately this means that there is no tracking available. All USA orders are automatically upgraded to Tracked Packet (the difference is paid by me).
If you need your package within a certain timeframe, please let us know and we can upgrade your shipping - this still does not mean that your package will arrive in time, due to looming Postal Strikes and any Holiday Season.
Mailing Address
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT IS CORRECT / UP TO DATE.
We will not refund items that were lost in the mail due to the wrong address provided. If you place an order and realize your address is incorrect, please message us ASAP to correct this, and I can update it on my end to make sure your package will arrive to the correct address.

If you live in/around Winnipeg and would like to bypass shipping and pick up your order, please message me prior to purchasing to arrange a pickup date. Some orders can be picked up same day, and some may require a few days depending on order volume.

Care instructions
All fabric items are not "pre-shrunk," so please be mindful when washing. We always recommend cold water and hang dry to keep the size from shrinking due to natural fibres.
Item Cost & Shipping
Our items we try to keep local to Canadian businesses, and use local products. Not all items can be purchased in Canada, therefore increasing cost of items.
Sometimes it takes me months to design a needleminder or embroidery pattern. It's not quick and I take my time to ensure things are perfect for you!
The cost of magnets is continuously increasing, along with the cost for items to be printed and laser cut (needleminders, stickers, etc). We alter prices based on current rates.
Shipping costs factor in packing materials (boxes, bubble mailers, bubble wrap, tissue paper). While we try to use recycled materials where we can, the cost for these items is still high, esp the plastics.
