4 out of 5 starsWhile the product is already fraying at the bottom, and I can tell it'll likely continue to do so if I wash it, it's still lovely product and I think (for the price and it being second hand) it's worth it. Thankfully, my husband can sew and will close the stitch at the bottom so it doesn't continue to unravel.

My only complaint is that it has been completely soaked with some kind of perfume that I think is meant to make it smell "clean" but really it just makes it smell like someone spilled an entire bottle of fabric softener on it. The smell has not come out after 2 washes. I'm sure it will eventually like if I put it through 4 or 5 cycles with extra rinses but all of this could be avoided if the seller had simply sent me an actually clean item rather than one that is rank with whatever product they soaked it in.

Disclaimer for Future Buyers: There was a batch of 30-40 items that was impacted by this issue. We hired a new laundry employee and they used the wrong process. We caught this few days before Memorial day weekend and we attempted to pull all item impacted but it was too late and our warehouse team already shipped the item out. We take 100% full responsibility of this issue. For any future buyers, please be aware that we wash ALL of our items and we use FRAGRANCE FREE (no smell) Tide detergent. The detergent we use called "Tide Free & Gentle".

We ship twice a day, five days a week!
Once at 8 AM PST and again at 1 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we ship once at 12 PM.
So, if you purchase something from morning to lunchtime, it gets shipped the same day.
Plus, we drop off the item directly at the distribution center, cutting out an extra day.

Cleaning Disclaimer
We wash ALL of our clothes with fragrance free Tide detergent + combination of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate. These are nontoxic and helps "clean the item". Hard water (calcium in water) drops laundry effectiveness by 30%-40% that is why we use those items. Also, we do not spot treat since majority of our buyers are resellers so if it has stains we will point them out. 1 finger is stain, 2 finger is holes. Please review photos carefully!

We pride ourselves on honesty and transparency in our business. To maintain this integrity, we DO NOT use filters for our photos. As a result, many of our items may appear less appealing in photos than they do in real life. How can this happen? Consider the difference a selfie might show when taken under unflattering light and at an awkward angle–the same principle applies to our products. Our philosophy is to "over deliver" rather than "over promise"
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
